I can’t say definitively if this underwear padding on the pelvis bone is any better cheaper, less expensive brands, but I bought on the premise it would be more comfortable, so far after 5 weeks, I have been satisfied, however the padding in time does compress to give lesser intervention but one’s pelvis in time gets less uncomfortable
